Perfect for behind your butchers counter to offer a wider range of products, the CS 350 is ideal for progressive businesses wishing to venture into the world of smoked, steam cooked, roasted, dried and fermented meat, cheese and fish. The CS 350 is simple to use and operate and allows users flexibility to push the boundaries of what you can make in a small space.  The CS 350 is widely used by Charcutiers for smoking and fermenting smaller batches of delicious products.  With Vertical Air Flow the CS 350 is best suited to hanging products, though laying on screens is also possible. Thanks to the built in smoke generator this is a machine that is equally at home in the development kitchen of any world class producer.

Similar to the 350, the CS 700 is the go to machine for all smoked, steam cooked, roasted, dried and fermented meat, cheese and fish.  With a capacity of up to 125kg the CS 700 will allow you to produce more in a small foot print allowing you to add value to your fantastic products.  With a vertical Air Flow the best results are with hung products but thanks to it’s size can take a standard Gastro tray. Widely used by Charcutiers needing a larger volume, it is perfect for the fermentation or even the drying stage of all types of charcuterie.  With a built in smoke generator the CS 700 allows you to add flavour and is also widely used by smoke house restaurants looking to improve consistency in their award winning smoked meats.
